Niko brings deep experience in renewable energy project development and technical sales leadership. As Senior Program Manager at Arc Alternatives, he led competitive procurements and program implementation of 105 MW of installed solar capacity across 200 sites, serving as a trusted technical advisor to public agencies, school districts, and municipal governments.
Through Engineers Without Borders, Niko managed the design and implementation of six standalone solar power systems in Rwanda, building cross-sector expertise in clean energy infrastructure deployment in emerging markets. He later founded NMK Consulting, focused on energy and water project development in East Africa.
Most recently, Niko served as Director of Sales Engineering at Samsara, where he led mid-market technical sales teams for IoT-based fleet and operations platforms — sharpening his ability to identify underserved markets and build scalable solutions.
Kevin brings nearly two decades of hands-on technical expertise in renewable energy. He currently serves as Global Director at ArcVera Renewables (a Bureau Veritas company), where he leads the global solar consulting team providing independent engineering, technical due diligence, and advisory services for financed renewable energy transactions.
Kevin started his renewable energy career in 2007 as a PV Design Engineer before joining SolarCity (now Tesla), where he led an internal design team. He went on to serve as Director at Luminate, a Denver-based technical consultancy, managing independent engineering due diligence across solar, storage, and wind projects for five years.
His deep understanding of renewable asset valuation, project finance risk, and technical performance makes him uniquely positioned to identify and assess stranded renewable energy assets for REC recovery.
